Viola Davis, Founder of Unhappy Taxpayer & Voter and longtime resident/watchdog of DeKalb County, will join the Fulton County Taxpayer Foundation to extend property tax appeal services into DeKalb County especially within the incorporated City of Atlanta in DeKalb and South Fulton.

Viola Davis started her career of community service as an actual plaintiff in the Brown vs. Board of Education filed by the late Charles Scott Sr., mentor to her mother, Ruby Davis.  She has over ten years experience servicing the DeKalb County community with educating the public about waste, mismanagement, and inefficiency in local and state government.  She lead the fight to secure close to 5 million dollars to properly close a 25 acre abandon bankrupt landfill named Scales Landfill, the state’s largest trust fund award to cap a landfill.

She is an honor graduate of the Medical College of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and licensed Realtor in 1997.  She is an honorably discharged Commissioned Officer of the United States Army and Airborne.  Davis loves a challenge and seeks to provide a much needed service of assisting with property tax appeals in DeKalb County.
