It's all-too-true, "A". It has to be more than citations, since catching suspects is difficult. It has to be a widespread education effort to let people realize that the bullets DO come down, and the CAN hit people. Another "law abiding" gun owner goes nuts and kills his family. Happens at least every week in our country. This is so incredibly sad.

We think of our nation as enlightened, and yet people, including children, are killed and injured in this barbaric manner, along with 100,000 other people each year for all kinds of shootings. We need rational education and legislation to bring these numbers down.
