Check out the following recipes if you're looking for a refreshing summertime drink that uses honey, courtesy of Nature Nate’s 100% Pure, Raw and Unfiltered Honey (which, according to Nature Nate's website, can be found at Kroger at 1227 Rockbridge Rd. in Stone Mountain-Gwinnett): Tropical Breeze ¾ cup orange juice ¾ cup pineapple juice ¼ cup lime juice ¼ cup Nature Nate’s 100% Pure, Raw and Unfiltered Honey 2 cups sparkling water Directions: In a medium pitcher stir together the first 4 ingredients. Whisk until honey is dissolved. Chill until ready to serve. When ready to serve add sparkling water, crushed ice and stir. Serve with a slice of orange. Thirsty Thursday: Minted Honey Lime Mojito

The following recipe is from Nature Nate's Raw and Unfiltered Honey: Minted Honey Lime Mojito 1½ cups Nature Nate’s Raw and Unfiltered Honey simple syrup (see below) 1½ cups freshly squeezed lime juice 1½ cups club soda 10 mint leaves 4 limes, quartered Crushed ice Simple Syrup 1 cup warm water 1 cup honey In a serving pitcher combine Nature Nate’s Raw and Unfiltered Honey simple syrup, lime juice, club soda, limes and mint. Serve with crushed ice. Nature Nate’s Raw and Unfiltered Honey Tips: Keep it raw by whisking honey in warm water to dissolve. Honey simple syrup can be kept in a plastic squeeze bottle and used to sweeten coffee, tea or any other liquid where sweetener is needed.
