A suspect came to the Decatur Police Department with the child, Channel 2 reports.
A toddler who went missing on West Mountain Street earlier today (Thursday, March 21) has been found unharmed, according to Channel 2. The suspect Deuce Lil Jo, came to the Decatur Police Department with Ariona Shaney Woods, a two-year-old Hispanic girl, Channel 2 reported.
Melba Williams of Lithonia said she was just "being nosy" when she pulled up to a parked minivan that fit the description of the one that held a missing two-year-old girl. Her curiosity resulted in a happy mother and child reunion.
