If you drove by the CiCi's Pizza in the Stone Mountain Festival Shopping Center this past Saturday, you may have noticed that it seemed odd for the restaurant to be closed on a weekend evening around 8 p.m. That's because after nine years, the restaurant has closed. It happened Nov. 8. Taped to the door were two fliers with the address to Stevi B's Pizza restaurant in Snellville, and a box containing Stevi B's cards.
