1. Veterans Day closings/observances. All DeKalb County library branches will be closed Sunday, Nov. 11 and Monday, Nov. 12. Trash normally collected by DeKalb County Sanitation on Monday will be picked up on Tuesday, Nov. 13. 2. Manga Book Club.
