Libraries in Lithonia are among the DeKalb branches that have free classes to give you the basics and a little more: > The DeKalb County Public Library (DCPL) is working with The Leadership Academy to will hold several classes on getting a business started. The series is called ""The Entrepreneur Endeavor" " and classes will be held at Stonecrest library in Lithonia, 3123 Klondike Rd.
