Semifinalists Set for Middle School Basketball Championships
Final Four takes place today, Friday Feb. 8, at Miller Grove High School.
The 13th Annual DeKalb County Middle School Basketball Championships wrapped up quarterfinal play on Wednesday night to set up both the girls’ and boys’ Final Four today, Friday (Feb. 8) at Miller Grove High School in Lithonia. The girls’ semifinals features a battle of undefeated teams as Region B titlist Champion (14-0) takes on Region C champ Columbia (14-0) in the 7:10 p.m. girls’ semifinal at Miller Grove High School. Champion knocked off Salem (7-6) and Columbia got past Region A No. 2 seed Stephenson (11-3). The 4:30 p.m. girls’ semifinal has Region A champ Chapel Hill (13-1) taking on Region D winner Cedar Grove (10-4) for a spot in the finals.
