I was not satisfied with their service. First of all, the first person who greeted us was rude. They speak some english but there is a language barrier. The experience I encountered was: I was getting my hair done and the person doing my hair actually burned off my hair with the styling tool in two places. The other employees gathered around me and discussed what was done in their language. They were very unprofessional as to not explain to me what had been done. She continued to style my hair. I was not aware that my hair had been burned until i got home and proceeded to comb my hair and it began to fall out. I also noticed the smell of burnt hair. I spent $90 dollars for myself and daughter. I have natural hair. It is not unruly, but thick. I felt that I should have been made aware right at that point that my hair was burned and at least offered to pay none or half price. That language barrier is rude because they were all fully aware of what was done, including jossie and nothing was said, not even an apolgy. Of course I would never patronize this place again and to advise any and everyone to check your hair before you pay or leave their salon. They also do not accept debit or credit as the advertisement says. I was told only cash.
