Last Chance: Volunteer to Build a Playground in One Day
April 28 is the deadline to help build a playground in the Mainstreet Community.
You've got just a few days left -- until April 28 -- to sign up as a a volunteer at the on Saturday, May 5, starting at 8:30 a.m., in the Mainstreet Community in unincorporated Stone Mountain.
Volunteers will.
Organizers say the playground's features will include Adventure Tube, Helix Climber, Loopy Whoop, Rockblocks Climbing Wall, Slither Slide, Step Around, Tower Climber and Transfer Station. There are also several features designed for children with special needs.
