Weekend Planner: Art Stroll, National Trails Day

Those are just two things to do in and around Stone Mountain this weekend.

We welcome June with another weekend filled with local recreational, creative and educational options. See what's going on in the area and not too far away:

Where: Stone Mountain Masonic Lodge #449, 840 V.F.W. Drive in Stone Mountain, GA 30086

Why go: An all you can eat country style breakfast for $5 is pretty much unheard of.

2. What: Homeowners Appreciation Breakfast Expo

When: Saturday, June 2, 9-11 a.m.

Where: Chapel Hill Middle School, 3535 Dogwood Farms Road, Decatur 30035.

Why go: Learn about saving your home from foreclosure, resources for purchasing a new home and for modifying a loan, information on recycling your home, reverse mortgages, and more.
