The 2013 DeKalb County Football Recruiting Video Forum is set for Wednesday, Dec. 4 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the big conference at the East DeKalb Campus in Stone Mountain.

In each of the past two years over 50 colleges from the Football Championship, Division II, Division III, NAIA and Junior College divisions have trekked to DeKalb County to sit down with football coaches from the 19 DeKalb County High Schools, Marist, Decatur and St. Pius.

The forum has been a big key to having over 100 players sign football scholarships each of the last four years, including over 140 in the spring of 2013 and over 130 in 2012.

The 2011 forum set a record for colleges to attend with 64 and 106 coaches canvassing the schools represented. Last year’s totals were 59 colleges and 89 coaches.

Colleges with smaller recruiting budgets can use the forum to sit down with all these schools and review highlight tapes of position players they are recruiting each season.
