Atlanta Dream Coming to Lithonia Tuesday
Fans can join the team's practice and there will be an autograph session, giveaways and contests.
The Atlanta Dream basketball team will continue its “Take the Show on the Road” program with an open practice at Redan Middle School, 1775 Young Road in Lithonia.
The event is on Tuesday, Aug. 6, from 6:30 – 8 p.m. and features all Dream players and coaches. It gives fans a behind-the-scenes look at the team’s practice and includes interactive elements such as a full team autograph session and giveaways.

The evening will begin with a full-team practice, and then fans can engage in a question and answer session. In addition, fans will have the opportunity to participate in contests on the court with Dream players and win prizes.
Tickets for upcoming Dream games will also be available for purchase during the event. Admission, which includes one ticket to any upcoming Dream game, is $15, unless the purchaser selects a ticket for games Aug. 20 vs. Minnesota, Sept. 2 vs. Los Angeles or Sept. 8 vs. Phoenix, in which case the admission cost is $25.
