DeKalb School Board to Vote on Budget Tonight

The board is working to close a $73 million gap in the budget for next school year.

The DeKalb County Schools board of education could make a final decison tonight, Monday June 11, on the overall budget for next school year.

The board is working to close a $73 million gap in the budget for next school year and include increasing class sizes and raising taxes.

A final vote on the budget is expected at the school board meeting tonight. Public comments will be held before the board vote.
