Five Things to Know Today, Feb. 15

What a day for a daydream.

Welcome to Tuesday, Stone Mountain. Here are a few things to know about the day.

1. Too busy to celebrate yesterday, or ready to keep celebrating? Valentine's A Day Late at ART Station is tonight. Get dressed up, have some wine and  heavy hors d'oeuvres (that's dinner, in my book), and enjoy a play. It's a fundraiser for the nonprofit arts center. Let them know you're coming so they will be sure to have enough food and wine.

2. City Council working session isn't tonight, but on Thursday, in the annex, at 6 p.m. The working session is usually on the third Tuesday of every month, but has been moved this time.

4. The weather? Glorious. It will be almost 60 degrees today. For an extended forecast, click here.

5. Eighty years ago today, the first Dracula movie starring Bela Lugosi was released. You can thank -- or blame -- Universal Pictures for "The Vampire Diaries" and  the "Twilight" series.
