WSB Report: Thieves Stole From Apartment Fire Victims

Woman who had to drop baby to safety from an upper floor was reportedly one of the victims, according to WSB.

First, several residents of an apartment building in unincorporated Stone Mountain that caught fire last week were displaced from their homes - and, in a dramatic rescue, a mother on an upper floor had to .

Now, according to a report by WSB, there's a new problem: burglary.

The WSB report said tenants of Three Oaks Bend apartments discovered Monday that thieves took DVDs as well as CDs, clothing and jewelry.

The report also said tenants were told the building would have 24-hour surveillance.
