The responding officer, called on May 10, watched the video and described in the report seeing a blue Dodge Caliber with Georgia tag BPQ1264 back down the driveway.

The officer's description of the front seat passenger is a black male, 18-28 years old, wearing braids, a white striped polo shirt and dark pants, who came out of the vehicle, walked up to the victim's door, took a package and returned to the car. The Dodge then drove off.
