A customer at the Waffle House at 1945 Rockbridge Rd. started cursing at another patron, then took off without paying his bill, according to Gwinnett county police.
Police reported to the theft of services and disorderly conduct call at the restaurant in unincorporated Stone Mountain in Gwinnett county just after 4:30 a.m. on Feb. 16.
The complainant told police that she was speaking with a group of people when the man, dressed in a gray denim hat, jacket and pants, got up from his table and started cursing at her, according to the incident report.
The suspect then reportedly said, "I got mine in the car." The woman believed he was talking about a firearm, the report states.
The suspect -- described as a black male 5-foot-4 inches tall, 165 pounds in his early 40s -- left the restaurant, got into his white sedan and took off. He left an unpaid bill of $12.51, a witness who works at Waffle House told police.
The witness believed the suspect was a customer in the past, according to the report.
