For the second time in less than a month, a truck used by a security company to patrol the Hamilton Mill subdivision clubhouse and pool areas has been vandalized.
On Dec. 10, an employee of the security company contacted Gwinnett County Police after discovering all four tires on the security vehicle had been slashed. The vehicle, which had been parked at the Hamilton Mill clubhouse, was damaged at some point between 10 p.m. on Dec. 8 and 9 a.m. on Dec. 10. According to the police report, the driver’s side door of the vehicle had also been kicked several times.
The investigating officer reviewed video from a security camera in the area. The Hamilton Mill community association manager was advised to make a recording of the video so that it could be entered into evidence.
The case is listed as active.
Last month, the security company truck was damaged by pellet gun fire while parked at the clubhouse. Police discovered a pellet lodged in the molding of the shattered window.
