The owner of Kalonji's Cafe and Bakery in Stone Mountain Village, were released on bond. The men, who have been charged with aggravated assault, false imprisonment and criminal trespass, said they thought the couple was breaking into the home next door, which is owned by their son.

April 27 - Students Charges With Criminal Damage to Property

Three DeKalb Alternative School students were charged with criminal damage to property following the . Hearthstone is in unincorporated Stone Mountain just off Memorial Drive, near the school. A couple of hours after residents called police about the vandalism, Hearthstone's pool house burned to the ground (see photo gallery).
