Texas Arrest in 2011 Slaying of Lithonia Tattoo Artist
A man in a Texas jail will be extradited to Georgia.
A fugitive charged in the death of a tattoo artist in Lithonia has been found in Texas.
Terrance Lamont Davis, wanted in the 2011 shooting death of Andrew Fortune, was arrested Thursday, according to the KXXV news channel.
Davis was seen driving away from a residence in Killeen in the early morning hours, police said. A felony traffic stop was conducted, and Davis was taken into custody. He is being held in a local jail and awaits extradition to DeKalb County.
