Robbed at Gunpoint for $60 Phone

No injuries were reported in the unincorporated Stone Mountain incident.

A DeKalb police officer met with the victim of a reported armed robbery the night of May 11 in unincorporated Stone Mountain.

The victim, a juvenile, told police he and a friend were walking in the parking lot at 1179 S. Hairston Rd. when two suspects approached them, pointing guns and saying, "Give me all you got" at 10:20 p.m. One suspect had a black and silver handgun, the other a black handgun, the victim told police.

The victim turned over his Verizon cell phone, valued at $60, according to the report. His friend did not have anything in his pockets and the suspects did not take anything from him, he told police.

The victim said he could not give a good description of the suspects because it was dark.

The suspects ordered the two people to leave the area and not return. The victim ran home and contacted police. There were no injuries reported.
