Rite-Aid Robbery Suspect Takes Cash, Body Wash

"Just pull out the cash and make it quick," the suspect reportedly said during the incident on Turner Hill Road in Lithonia.

An armed robbery suspect demanded money from the register and took off with the items he placed on the counter, including body wash.

According to the DeKalb county incident report, the suspect came into the store around 9:15 a.m. on Feb. 17. He shopped for various items, then placed them on the counter.

As the employee rang up the Axe Body Wash, Newport cigarettes and Rite Aid Body Wash, the suspect pulled back his jacket and revealed a brown handle of what seemed to be a firearm hidden in the front right side of his pants, the incident report states.

"Just pull out the cash and make it quick," the suspect reportedly said.

The employee gave the man about $190 from the register. The suspect then grabbed the items and fled the scene, traveling on foot in an unknown direction.
