Resident's Tip Leads to Arrest of 4 Auto Theft Suspects

The arrests happened in the Hidden Hills-Biffle Road area.

DeKalb police's "Team Tucker" says a tip from an observant resident recently led to the arrests of four auto theft suspects in the Hidden Hills-Biffle Road area.

The team from the Tucker precinct posted this update to its Facebook page on July 26: 

07.26.13 Auto Theft (Attempt) Arrests

Arrests of 4 Auto Theft Suspects was made as a result of the awareness of a resident, who alerted an officer after witnessing subjects attempting to steal a neighbor's vehicle.

Responding Officers followed up on the resident's detailed description and with the assistance of patrolling Officers and DKPD aerial support, the suspects were shortly located and taken into custody.
