Report: Serial Bank Robber Caught

AJC says the suspect was connected to seven robberies, including three in unincorporated Stone Mountain.

A serial bank robber in DeKalb has been arrested, ajc.com reported Monday.

DeKalb county police arrested Benjamin Rivers, 33, of Stone Mountain, according to the news outlet, which cited information from an FBI press release. Authorities received tips from the public about the suspect, the report said.

Among the seven bank robberies, one happened last July at the , 1815 Rockbridge Rd.; two occurred last August and October, respectively, at the Wells Fargo Bank, 4798 Redan Rd.; and one at , 6063 Memorial Dr.
