Papa John's Driver Robbed of $200, Pizza

Incident happened Saturday, March 31 in unincorporated Stone Mountain.

Β A s driver told DeKalb County police that he was robbed at gunpoint Saturday, March 31.

According to the police report, the driver, from the Papa John's on 1230 S. Hairston Rd., told police he had a delivery order to 1151 Mainstreet Valley Drive (which is a vacant residence) in unincorporated Stone Mountain. The order was called in by an unknown suspect.

When the driver pulled up to the address, he said two black males approached his vehicle, handguns drawn.

The first suspect came to the driver side of the vehicle, pointed the gun at the driver's head and said, "Give me the money and the pizza" according to the report. He was wearing a black T-shirt, black pants and a fatigue mask on his face. He stood 5-feet-7 inches, weighed 160 pounds and was between the ages of 17-20, according to the report.

The driver got $200 from his back pocket, which he said the first suspect snatched from his hands; a second suspect reached in the passenger side window and took the pizza. The second suspect was described as wearing a black T-shirt, black jeans, and a fatigue mask. He was also between 17-20 years old, weighed 150 pounds and stood 5-feet-6 inches, the report states.

A third suspect stood on the porch holding a handgun, the driver told police. That suspect was described as 5-feet-7 inches, 160 pounds, between the ages of 17-20. He wore a black T-shirt, blue jeans, and fatigue mask, according to the report.

The driver said he called for help and drove back to Papa John's.
