News Report: Two People Killed, Two Hurt in Sunday Morning Car Wreck on Redan Road

The AJC reports the car overturned a number of times, ejecting one back seat passenger.

Two people are dead and two were injured in a single car accident Sunday morning at Redan and Allgood roads, according to news reports including the Atlanta Journal Constitution and Examiner.com, which cited information from DeKalb police.

Victor Carson, 49, and his daughter Cherika Carson, 27, who were back seat passenger in the crash, died.

They were riding in a 1996 Infiniti G30 driven by Robert Wyche, Jr., who had been driving westbound on Redan Road when he lost control of the car and ended up along the left shoulder, the AJC article reported from police. The accident is still under investigation, according to the article.

The Infiniti overturned and Victor Carson was ejected and died at the scene; Cherika Carson also died at the scene, the article reported.

The driver, Wyche, and a front seat passenger, Anika Kelsay, went to Grady Memorial Hospital to have their injuries treated, the AJC article said.
