UPDATE: Missing Lithonia Man Found Unharmed

Employees of children's day care called police about Rufus Holcomb, who'd gone missing since Jan. 9, Friday afternoon.

The DeKalb County Police Department said Friday afternoon that Rufus Holcomb, 76, a Lithonia man who has Alzheimers, has been located.Β 

The Clarkston Police Department received a call from employees at Kids World Daycare, 1144 North Indian Creek Drive, in Clarkston at approximately 2 p.m. on Friday about Holcomb. Holcomb is unharmed and in the process of being reunited with his family.

Holcomb was last seen Jan. 9 around 10:30 p.m.
