Man Fatally Shot in Lithonia, Body Found in Street

A man was shot and killed in a townhome neighborhood near Lithonia, DeKalb police said.

The fatal shooting happened at the Covington Station subdivision, in the 5300 block of Strathmoor Manor Circle, WSB TV reports.

According to neighbors, a 19-year-old man was shot several times at close range across the street from his mother’s home. His body was found in the street.

The victim was identified as LeRobbian Lowe.

Witnesses told Channel 2 they didn’t see the shooting, but saw a man with long dreadlocks running from the scene.
