Tom Marchbanks, who lives next door, told Patch that he heard a couple of explosions, then saw "the garage door lit up like something was outside burning." He said family members got out OK, but were still looking for pets.

Marchbanks also told Patch that he was "very disturbed" that it took more than 20 minutes for the fire department to arrive after he called. Neighbors said after crews arrived, they had to wait for the water pressure to come up.
