Andrea had money, so what would be the gain in having her husband killed by her lover? Did she love Rusty by cheating on him with , what he thought was a friend? Or was Andrea using both men, and brainwashed her boss man/lover into killing her husband just because she had the power over him to do it? Was Rusty that bad of a husband, for him to die like this? Just think, he died NOT KNOWING his wife had her hand in it!!
