A tenant at Covington Glen Apartments told DeKalb County police that an unknown subject stole two air conditioner condensor units from behind apartments at the complex in nearby unincorporated Decatur.
The man said he saw the suspect, a black male, 6-feet-2 inches, in a black hoodie and black gloves, driving a while Dodge Ram.

The incident happened sometime between April 4 and April 5, and the A/C units are valued at $800, according to the police report.
