Two men have been arrested in connection to stealing $65,000 worth of frozen chicken wings in Gwinnett County, according to police.

Renaldo Jackson, of Tucker, and Dewayne Patterson, of Lithonia, were both employees of Nordic Cold Storage off Pleasantdale Road in nearby Doraville, where the chicken was reportedly taken from.

Earlier this month, the manager of Nordic reported to police that she saw surveillance tape of Patterson, Jackson and an unknown man backing up an Enterprise truck to one of the company's bay doors.

They loaded 10 pallets Tyson frozen chicken wings onto the truck, according to the Gwinnett Police report.

The two men were arrested Jan. 23 on charges of theft by taking and released the same day on a $2,950 bond each. The third unknown man has not been identified.
