3 Georgia Men Arrested, Charged in Virginia for Credit Card Fraud

Roanoke County Police recovered several stolen credit card numbers.

Three Georgia men have been arrested in Virginia for their involvement in a credit card fraud scheme.

The Roanoke County Police Department says Steven Lowe, 31, and Daniel Passee, 26, of Stone Mountain, and Raymond Mainor, 21, of Lithonia, were all arrested on Wednesday, July 16, and charged with five counts of felony credit card number larceny and five counts of felony credit card forgery.

According to a news release, the trio were located in the parking lot of a Super 8 motel after a call about a suspicious vehicle.

The subsequent investigation determined the three were involved in a credit card scheme. Numerous stolen credit card numbers were recovered.
