A Stone Mountain family man with four daughters has some practical plans for how to spend the $250,000 Georgia Lottery prize he won last week.
Armando Lira, 49, played the new daily game All or Nothing and won in the March 5 drawing, according to a news release.
Lira, who matched all of his lucky numbers with a Quik Pik, claimed his prize March 6 at Georgia Lottery headquarters in Atlanta.
Stone Mountain Food Mart, 6201 E. Ponce De Leon Ave. in Stone Mountain, sold the winning ticket.
“I’m surprised because I got every one of them,” he said.
A dry wall finisher, Lira and his wife of 26 years, Claudia, have four daughters.
“I’m going to pay off bills. I feel like a newborn,” Lira said.
All or Nothing is a $2 game that offers prizes of up to $250,000 with four daily drawings. Players can win the top prize by matching all or none of the 12 numbers drawn.
