The Homestead Atlanta: Muscadine Foraging at Arabia Mountain

Join local forager and educator Robby Astrove in search of Muscadines, the grape of the south.  We’ll learn more about this plant and the ecology of Arabia Mountain while we gather and enjoy the sweet taste of the grape.  Bring plenty of water and a picking basket.  Please dress in long pants and closed toe shoes.  Chiggers & ticks are common, so please prepare accordingly.
