Christmas Parade and Fireworks in Stone Mountain Village November 29th, 2013


The annual Stone Mountain Village Christmas Parade and Fireworks is a fun,
family event held the evening after Thanksgiving in the Historic Village of
Stone Mountain, GA. Festivities run from 4:00pm – 7:30pm on Friday, November 29th,
2013. The parade starts at 6:00pm and includes bag-pipers, the amphibious duck
from Stone Mountain Park, classic cars and motorcycles, elves, merchant cars
and floats, choir music, the Conundrums Women’s Drumming group and more. Children’s
activities including marshmallow roasting and a letter writing station for
letters to Santa will be available from 4:00pm to 7:30pm. Santa’s arrival in
the parade and the lighting of the tree are highlights before the fireworks
extravaganza at 7:00pm.
