Meadows: Low-Maintenance, Wildlife-Supporting Lawn Alternative

Learn how to rock this increasingly popular, super-sustainable landscape solution at home. Meadows can stand on their own as a gorgeous landscape feature or are an excellent compliment to an organic garden and can be done at any scale. We’ll do some hands-on learning at the Drew Charter School Eco-Learning Garden where a 2,000 square foot meadow was installed earlier this year. We’ll discuss plant selection, implementing techniques and monitor the meadow’s progress in the field.
