An Atlanta native, Suzi owned a small taqueria and catering compay in Columbia, SC for 12 years. Unable to imagine a path that took her away from the kitchen, she decided to create something for others to use in their own homes – something that was 100% handmade and produced using ingredients grown and gathered with integrity. What could be more romantic than salt harvested with old wooden rakes, locally grown herbs, foraged mushrooms, and tables at the neighborhood farmer’s market?
