Blue Grassroots Festival: Main Street to be Closed to Traffic March 31
Blue Grassroots Festival in the city of Stone Mountain is from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. March 31.
Main Street between Mimosa and West Mountain Street in the city of Stone Mountain will be closed to traffic Saturday, March 31 from about 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. for the third annual Blue Grassroots Music and Arts Festival.
The street needs to be closed because of all the planned activities at the festival. There will be "old-time jamming" throughout stores, on corners, and in restaurants in Stone Mountain Village, band contests in a concert area and specific "jamspots" with tents and chairs.
