The Oscar-winning movie "Argo" (Rated R) will be showing at Stone Mountain-Sue Kellogg Library, 2-4 p.m. The library is located at 952 Leon St. in the city of Stone Mountain.

Free aerobic workout at Davidson-Arabia Nature Preserve, 3787 Klondike Road in Lithonia, from 8:30-10 a.m. Bring a water bottle and a mat to the workout.

...And after you exercise, learn about healthy eating at the Healthy Cooking Demo: Lean, mean and greens!, also at Davidson-Arabia Nature Preserve, from 10:30 a.m.-12 p.m. Go to the nature center to hear chef and health educator Deborah Summerville of Wonderland Gardens.

Healthy eating talk isn't over yet! Summerville will discuss, "Is Healthy Soul Food Possible? Real Talk, Real Food, Real Spirit Forum Series", from 1:30-3:30 p.m. The talk will take place around the nature center fireplace.

Date Night Pottery will be held at Art Station, beginning at 7 p.m. Cost is $79 per pair per class. Wine and cheese will be served.
