New DeKalb Top Cop: "We Are Going to Be Accountable for Our Actions"

DeKalb County's new chief of police, Cedric Alexander, spoke to at least 150 people at the Lou Walker Senior Center in Lithonia on Monday, April 1, hours after his swearing-in ceremony.

DeKalb CEO Burrell Ellis gave a glowing introduction, saying that Alexander "leads first from the heart."
