MARTA bus accident on N. Hairston
One customer transported to DeKalb Medical, but with no life-threatening injuries, MARTA says
A MARTA customer was transported to DeKalb Medical Center with what seemed to be non life-threatening injuries Wednesday after a vehicle rear-ended a bus that was making a service stop at N. Hairston Road and Fellsridge Ct. in Stone Mountain, a MARTA spokeswoman said.
The driver was cited for following too closely, she said. The incident occurred Wednesday morning.
According to a report in the Atlanta Journal Constitution, there were 20 passengers on the bus, which continued its route.
