Black Friday 2012: There's An App for That

"Black Flyday" app and Nerdwallet info, your 911 to Black Friday. Let the experts help make this Black Friday a successful shopping experience.

According to Nerdwallet.com a new study has found that this Black Friday, consumers should expect to pay the same or maybe even a little more than last year.

NerdWallet, reportedly an unbiased personal finance website, recently analyzed 22 Black Friday ad scans and found 20 of those ads listed at least one item at the same exact price as in the retailer's 2011 Black Friday ad. This means what consumers might think are great deals may not be anything special.

But don't despair. Just when you think you're going to be taken to the cleaners this Black Friday, Iconosys, Inc., a Californian Mobile app safety company has come up with something to save the day, the Black Flyday 3.0 mobile app.

According to a press release from Iconosys, Inc., Black Flyday 3.0 tracks and notifies friends through your Smartphone or other Smart Device of killer "Door-Buster" and other Daily Deals normally meant for impulse shoppers on Black Friday, the biggest shopping day of the year. This latest version is a Facebook-integrated Smartphone app that is reported to "empower today's die-hard bargain hunter shoppers to take full advantage of the stream of tantalizing purchasing opportunities created by the booming Daily Deal industry. It reportedly does this in real time, as the deals are being announced. In addition, it allows you, through Facebook, to communicate with Facebook friends and fellow bargain shoppers and even provides a map and directions.

Tiny victories are won every split second as another shopper lands the deal that gets them what they wanted for 50, 60, 70, 80, of even 90% off the normal retail price," said Wayne Irving II, creator of the Black Flyday™ 3.0 app and Iconosys CEO and co-Founder.
