What Do You Wish Were Here? Hairston's Is Gone, Property for Sale

After some 18 years, the restaurant and night spot is gone. What would you like to see in its place?

If you ever passed by restaurant/nightclub on the nights when it was open, you'll recall a bustling parking lot and might have gotten a glimpse of well-dressed men and women heading through the doors. Maybe you were one of the folks who entered that building over the years, enjoying the atmosphere and music.

Those times are now a memory. Hairston's, at 1273 S. Hairston Rd., closed last year.

The 6,448 square foot building, which sits on 1.27 acres, is for sale. A sign with contact information for Doug Adair LLC Commercial Real Estate is in front of the building. It has 84 parking spaces and the price is listed at $385,000 as/is.
