Violations cited: Unable to sanitize properly due to missing/misplaced drain plug;  employee not using an effective means of restraint for hair, beard, or mustache longer than ½ inch; inspection report not posted in public view within 15 feet of the primary entrance, 5-7 feet above the floor, and/or not readable from one foot; soil buildup around toilet; facilities for storage of employee belongings not used appropriately.

Violations cited: Failure to post food safety certification in public view; cook using bare hands when making steak sandwich for customer; mechanical hot water sanitization temperature below 165 degrees for a stationary rack, single temperature machine; Dish machine sanitizes using heat final temp – 120 degrees;  cold-held potentially hazardous foods not maintained below 41 degrees; no time controls/documentation in place; chemicals stored in a manner that presents a contamination risk to food, equipment, utensils, linens, and/or single-service articles; plumbing leaks; Dumpster not kept closed.

Score: 86/B

Previous scores: 77/C on April 6, 2011; 84/B on August 23, 2010.

Violations cited:  Single use gloves used for touching raw beef philly and then used to touch to go container and bread on grill. employee used gloves for touching raw beef philly then cooked french fries.; wiping cloths not stored in solution reaching sufficient sanitizer level;  duct tape being used to repair base boards;  hood vent with extreme grease build up.
