Name and location: International Community School, 6780 James B. Rivers Drive

Score: 88/B

Previous scores: 90/A on Nov. 18, 2010 and 97/A on May 14, 2010

Deficiencies cited: Hot foods were kept at a temperature of more than 135 degrees. Dirty dishes were put in the dishwasher in a way that they couldn't drain. Surfaces (countertops) that don't come into contact with food weren't kept clean.

Name and location: Honey Baked Ham (Crossroads), Highway 78 East.

Score: 92/A

Previous scores: 85/B on April 30, 2010 and 92/A on Aug. 15, 2009.

Deficiencies cited:  The hand sink was blocked by boxes and not accessible by employees. The food carts were not clean "to sight and touch."
