Deficiencies cited in the report: Hot foods (fried chicken and curry chicken) weren't kept at a temperature of more than 135 degrees.

Deficiencies cited in the report: A shelf for food and knives above the prep area was dirty. There was a pool of blood in one of the coolers. Cold foods weren't kept at a temperature of 41 degrees or lower. Cardboard was used as a liner for a cooler, and food equipment was stored in a cardboard box. Newspaper was used as a liner on some shelves.
