Stone Mountain Homes for Sale Spend Fewer Days on Market, Year Over Year
The June real estate market data for Stone Mountain was recently posted to Youtube.
Stone Mountain residential real estate data was recently posted on Youtube, and shows that for-sale homes spent four fewer days on the market before being sold in June 2013 compared to June 2012.
The data also shows that the number of active listings was down 52 percent in June 2013 compared to June 2012, among other findings.
