Ryan Hoyt New Addition to Stone Mountain CID Board

Hoyt was appointed by DeKalb County, expanding CID's real estate experience.

The Stone Mountain Community Improvement District (CID) has announced the addition of Ryan Hoyt as the newest member of its Board of Directors.

Hoyt is a Leasing Manager with Prologis in Atlanta. His commercial real estate leasing and asset management experience has accounted for more than 15 million square feet of industrial and office space throughout the metro area.

“There are many exciting opportunities on the horizon due in large part to the CID’s activities,” Hoyt said. “I am glad to have the opportunity to further the mission of attracting new employers. I will also work to advance the already successful efforts of raising our curb appeal while deterring crime.”

CID President Emory Morsberger said Hoyt’s detailed knowledge of area property trends will be a strong asset moving forward. His participation will boost the CID’s ability to highlight available resources and benefits to outside business interests.

“He has a solid reputation and years of experience in working with the commercial real estate professionals that we need to reach,” Morsberger said. “Having him aboard is a welcomed addition to expand on the CID’s initiatives to fill all of our available commercial, office and industrial spaces with those companies that are ready to hire from the surrounding community.”
